by David Foster Wallace, translated by Ulrich Blumenbach

„Infinite Jest“ by David Foster Wallace is the attempt to explain the world today without subjecting it to a uniform interpretation. His tragic and funny characters “are panicked” by concerns and the fear of failing in grief therapy or just being “furniture of the world”. After the theater professional Thorsten Lensing recently impressed the Kampnagel audience with his legendary director’s interpretations of the Russian classics UNCLE VANYA, THE CHERRY ORCHARD and THE BROTHERS KARAMAZOW, now he is dedicating himself to INFINITE JEST, a milestone of American literature.
