In her German-Israeli dance production BALAGAN BODY, Patricia Carolin Mai explores the body as an archive of personal and cultural memories. Based on her own biography and that of an Israeli dancer, she examines how different people experience and process extreme circumstances and, together with a live drummer and a composer, creates a fragile on-stage organism that oscillates between between security and panic.
