MAGICAL. ACTS. MATTER. is a magical theater ritual for an ensemble of artists from the fields of dance, performance, music theater, visual arts, music that includes objects and guests at Kampnagel. Together, they perform a plea for theater as a place for theoria, as a space of contemplative viewing: apparatus sets the magic of theater and the power of things, material and objects against the terror of immanence. Only the power of the imaginary and vision can create something new.

Eine Produktion von der apparatus GbR in Koproduktion mit FFT Düsseldorf, Kampnagel Hamburg und SOPHIENSÆLE. Gefördert aus Mitteln des Regierenden Bürgermeisters von Berlin – Senatskanzlei – Kulturelle Angelegenheiten sowie vom Fonds Darstellende Künste. Diese Veranstaltung wird ermöglicht durch das NATIONALE PERFORMANCE NETZ im Rahmen der Gastspielförderung Theater aus Mitteln der Beauftragten der Bundesregierung für Kultur und Medien sowie der Kultur- und Kunstministerien der Länder.
