Performance art, music, theory and video art come together in our GIRL MONSTER series, to form a stimulating complete ark work, which exactly corresponds with the artistic strategy of CHICKS ON SPEED: networking, multi-tasking, energy, attitude and a reference system. In a nutshell: Art, music and action!!

The raw, slick Dance Floor Theatre from WE ARE THE WORLD (U.S.) draws together industrial sounds, tribal beats and operatic movements to create an overwrought live event. L.A. is so crazy about WE ARE THE WORLD that the group has lined up an escape to Europe. For the final Girl Monster Show of the season, they are giving us one of their infamous live music performances. ANAT BEN-DAVID (U.K.) is already well-known, both as a member of CHICKS ON SPEED and as a soloist. She will appear as a performer at the Revenge Show. Valerie Solanas’ S.C.U.M. Manifesto serves as the basis for her stage performance. The collective W.A.G.E. (U.S.) is a gathering of artistic individuals, who come together to campaign for the rights and fair payment of artists. In their lecture, alongside examples of their work, they give precise, practical tips for the implementation of these demands here in Europe.
