The fact that electronic music and techno are still the best soundtrack to collective freedom, despite all commerce, can currently be well observed in Lebanon: a young generation dances on the streets to booming beats against the corrupt elites. DUB-KE is Kampnagel’s club format for the discovery of Arab techno-culture.
DUB-KE means, approximately, “pounding on the floor with your feet,” which can be put into practice in a Dabke-Workshop or simply by dancing along.
