The performance has different stations, the audience can come and go at any time. Seating is offered. However, to get a close-up view of the action, we recommend that visitors move around the stage area. Admission is possible at any time.

The new, epoch-making work by the visual artist Tianzhuo Chen is a theatre trip stretched to nine hours. TRANCE produces states instead of narratives, challenges spectators and performers alike. It is ritualised form, escapism and analysis at the same time. The audience moves freely through this ephemeral temple experiencing sequences of images, tableaux, situations, scenes and settings. Tianzhuo Chen uses theatre as a live medium and transforms the theatre space into a space of possibility in a serious search for meaning and spirituality. He does not shy away from spectacle and pop, nor from an engagement with mythology, faith and religion, intoxication and club music.
